Colonized porous materials are removed while remaining surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and cleaned inside containment.
Antimicrobial treatment

Why mold is a bigger problem in commercial buildings

Remediation means removal, control, and proof
Spraying bleach on a visible patch hides the symptom and leaves the cause in place. Effective remediation physically removes contaminated materials, controls airborne spread, cleans the work zone, and corrects the moisture condition that allowed growth.
AirPro does not call the project complete because the visible mold is gone. Post-remediation verification confirms the air is ready for occupants again. If the facility does not pass, the job is not finished.
